Story about Tile Carton
One day in August 2014, the respected Comrade General Secretary
Even though it was a sultry day, he went round every place of the factory. And he praised the simple workmanship of employees.
Watching employees packing tiles, the General Secretary personally lifted a tile carton weighing tens of kilograms to understand the trouble of workers. Then he asked the officials to calculate how much money would be needed to robotize the packaging equipment.
Officials of the factory were deeply moved by his word. Though they have been to the production site almost every day, they had never lifted the heavy tile cartons.
Only the General Secretary, who believes in people as in heaven, did such deed regardless of sultry heat.
Looking up to him who has worked heart and soul to provide the workers with better working conditions and living environment, the officials made up their minds to do everything for the employees with a spirit of devoted service. -0-
